The EVA 00 is the Evangelion prototype.

Built in Japan, - some would call created - by the GEHIRN, future NERV after long searches which allowed notably to determine fundamental theories to build following Evangelions.

Because proto, the EVA 00, this orange-coloured Cyclops, has numerous weak points. It is little successful, remains difficult in synchronizer.
