TOP O NERAE - GUNBUSTER is a small jewel of the GAINAX which presents us, between 1988 and 1990, after the film THE WINGS OF HONNEAMISE, a series of OAV (Original Video Animation) at least exceptional. So, in six episodes, GUNBUSTER will make a success of the bet to mark profoundly the world of Japanimation.

The signature of studios Gainax is qualitative criterion: Quality of the animation, ddu character design confided to Mikimoto San, mecha well-kept design and especially a dramatic cresendo which ends in highlight in the last episode in Black and White.
