Allen Schezar is a charismatic person. Is it his perpetual melancholy, its glance turned to the past which confers him this noble speed? The childhood of Allen was a succession of losses and space. The mysterious departure of his father, Léon Schézar, precipitated him towards the hard realities of the world. A short time later, while the health of his mother went from bad to worse, overcome by the loss of loved sound, Serena, his young sister, disappeared inexplicably. Brought down by the pain, his mother fast went out.

Allen built up so himself only, creating around him an aura of power, invulnerability in the crash of the battle. Allen is indeed an exceptional fighter. But it is the real surprise, knowing that he was able to benefit from classes of best swordswoman of Fanelia: Vargas.

Without this last one, never Allen would have been able to become a heavenly knight, from whom purpose is to protect the royal family of Astria. And so he knew Marlène, the sister ainée of Elise and Mirana, falling in love crazily with her. Once again, fate knocked, Marlène being married to Duke of Fleed's realm. It is by escorting him to Fleed that was conceived the one that was going to become future Duke de Fleed: Cid.

In fight, Allen is the opposite of Van. Peace, he appears as a real tactician. It is the leader of man, who will never risk pointlessly the life of his. During the meeting with Van and Hitomi, Allen has just just been named a commander of a strong placed on the border separating Astria of the Empire Zaibacher. He will make everything to protect it hardly but will not try at all to die in a fight lost in advance. In a certain way, he will continue in the way of forming Van in the royal role, as Vargas had made him until his death.

The feelings of Allen are always aggravated, almost on the surface of skin. Lover of Mirana and Hitomi, he will well have trouble informing of things. Under the advices of Elise, he will give up Mirana, seeing in fact in this last one only a substitute of the puppy love, Marlène. It's the same with Hitomi. They will go as far as kissing her even though the truthfulness of feelings is a little falsified (indeed, Erya and Folken used the Maker of Fate to destroy the unity which united Van and Hitomi). Allen, having asked in marriage Hitomi and suffered the indecision, will realize that all the women that he loved are only the expression of its love and its anxiety to his disappeared sister, Serena.

A surprise of size will wait for him in the end of the anime ... Mysterious, chivalrous, obliging to all, he will know how to gain allegiance and love of many hearts. Is moreover not it what makes him charming? A man in the teared heart by the agonies of the love a whole vision of the world.
